Picked up my MY on Friday June 4th and had a great experience. Went by that morning before the Service Center opened and went over the outside of the car for 45 minutes. No gap issues or paint issues that I found. Spent about 30 minutes on the inside at delivery and only found a spot of bowed trim on the back passenger door. I made a service ticket to have it documented. Car drives like a cloud. Staff was great and I highly recommend the Knoxville location.
