Last Thursday after leaving Costco while in Florida, the lift gate opened while driving and groceries fell out and landed on the roadway on Southern Blvd. I had no indication on my screen that the lift gate had opened. Some nice Florida drivers got out of their vehicles and placed the groceries on the concrete median including the eggs, A very nice driver with a pick up truck volunteered to take all the items to the other side of the intersection to my stopped vehicle. I opened a trouble ticket on my phone with Tesla. This morning I visited the Delray, Fl. Tesla SC and upon checking my vehicle, they observed the lift gate switch failure. They replaced the switch at no charge under warranty. My first problem with my Y. All seems well now.
