It ice rained last weekend when my wife was at work, I guess my wife pushed by button to open the hatch when there was was a good 2 cm of ice on the car. Since it couldn't open it didn't but the phone app said it was open. Now That I have cleared the ice from the car the hatch wont open by itself. it makes noise but doesn't open. Any idea's or do I need to make a service appointment.
