Model Y Showing Less range I mean It should be 525 but now with 100% it shown only 490 ? Any suggestions

The short answer is, this is normal, expected, and there will be nothing (zip, nada) that tesla will do about this unless you hit the 70% degredation threshhold, no matter how much monitoring etc you did, or will do.

If 525(km) is the rated range, tesla will not even talk to you about this unless your car is 70% of that at 100%, which according to a percentage calculator online is 367.5.

Dont bother contacting tesla about this until you get to that 367 number, unless you just want to be frustrated as they send you away.

The short of it is that you should not, with rare exceptions, ever charge your car to 100%. You should be minimizing the time your car spends outside the approximate 20% to 80% range. Plan a higher charge (e.g. 95%) or whatever you actually will need to complete charging just before using it. Charge up what it requires to get to the next charger on a road trip plus 10% to 20%.

These steps will help maximize your battery life and minimize degradation.
