Model Y Weight Distributing Hitch

I am towing a 2006 Trailmanor 2720 with my Tesla. It’s been lifted with slightly larger tires installed. I’ve also installed a brake controller.

From what one reading, for something so close to the weight limit (just under 3000lbs dry) I really should have a weight distributing hitch on there. Ideally I’d like to have one with sway control as well.

My problem is that I can’t find one that is only 8.5 inches from the pin to the ball. I also can’t seem to find anyone who has done this online to know what has worked.

The Andersen 3324 is the best option I think I've found so far, but it's still 11in from the pin to the ball. Most of the others are 12in at least and seem to add a bunch of extra tongue weight:
