Finally got my summer wheels mounted up. Decided to go with 19*9 ET35 Forgestar CF10. I bought them on a Black Friday special buy 3 get 1 free. Too good not to pass up. They weigh around 21-22lbs
I really wanted to wait for the release of the Michelin Pilot Sport EV, but that's looking like a failed launch so far. Over a year late, and now looking like they won't release with Model 3 sizes (what Michelin chat agents said), even though Michelin has a promo video of a model 3 on the Pilot Sport EV.
I went with PS4S. Absolutely changes the driving dynamics of the vehicle. Super sticky, really holds the road. Not too much noticeable increase in road noise as compared to my Michelin X-Ice Snow snow tires. They ride nice without being overly firm.
Range has absolutely taken a sizeable hit. Cannot directly confirm how much, but I'll report back.
I didn't have time to wash the car or the wheels before these photos, but I did shoot a quick YouTube video showing how to swap over the wheels for any newer, or "less confident" people trying to swap or rotate the wheels.
Thanks guys.
