My 2019 Model S just became less outdated

Having been in a Tesla for nearly 9 years, I've grown accustomed to my cars becoming quickly outdated as Tesla continuously releases new features. At first, it bugged me, then, I adapted and learned that's just the price of Tesla's progress. With my 2019, I mostly had all the updates of the Model S prior to the refresh last year. Then, Tesla released the ability for all 2020 model cars to fart with their exterior speaker, which my car doesn't have. Again, Tesla's progress had left my car "outdated"! But, now I rejoice, the government has made my car more relevant again by forcing Tesla to recall the feature! I knew my tax dollars were good for something!! LOL

That sucks! My daughter and I love the Fart noises, we have a blast with it. Fun Police is out in full force!

The farts are evidently really distracting to pedestrians. They panic and run up to the car and get hit. NHTSA doesn't like confusing pedestrians with farts. It's a safety consideration.

I thought it was because it triggered pedestrians to fart on the streets putting more gas emissions into the environment.
