Need advice on my model x weird behavior

Hi all
I have a 2018 model x P100DL, 38000 km i used to charge to 90% with 382 km typical range. Out of the blues in november it went down to 377km. So yesterday i thought it would be a good idea to drain it to 1% and then charge it back to 100% , i did that and when it arrived to around 92% it said charging complete at 389km. Why it is not charging to 100%???? Knowing that last week i charged it to 100% (420km)without any issues??? Any info appreciated

Hi Dhayek,

There has been some weird behavior on the recent releases of software
where the car will stop "short" of being totally charged...

Hopefully in a release or two it will consistently charge to where you set it.
I believe it is a currently a software error and that your car is OK.
