Need parts, ignored by service center.

So Ive been trying to get the few fasteners and trim pieces I need to install the 3rd row seats in my Model S for about 3 weeks now. The Jacksonville Tesla Service center has yet to call me or email me back. Does anyone have a contact for parts? Id be happy to pay shipping.

They dont do "walk ins". When I was there for service several month ago I needed some parts and the service guy kept going back and forth trying to get answers.

On the app you can schedule a service appointment as "other", at the bottom of the options page. The bot will set up the order.

Yep. But you might know someone who runs a business and can work as a "man in the middle" for a small profit.

I agree that Tesla service for parts sucks. Clarkston, Michigan, at least. They lost my parts and they don't work weekends. Regular guy said make another appt and come in during the week. F***, we have jobs!
