Hello Solar experts,
I just started my quest into solar so please excuse my lack of knowledge.
I know NEM 2.0 is better and it's is now gone, it is what it is... I will be enrolling in NEM 3.0 with my new solar system by Tesla.
My question is this: IF somehow there is a NEM 4.0 (or whatever they want to call it next) is better than NEM 3.0 is it possible to "upgrade" or chose the next plan or am I locked into NEM 3.0 forever (or 20 years as I am reference the term for NEM 2.0). Any insight would be helpful.
