90% is what the car is delivered with and the recommended default. Without a really good reason otherwise, I go with manufacturer recommendation and default when offering guidance to new owners.

My only suggestion or if I was setting up my charging station would be to set up its location so that you back up into the garage. Whether it be at home or on the road, parking lots, etc one should always back up first while conditions are fresh. Always easier and safer at the beginning of any trip to enter your car and drive forward.
