New Model S 2018 100 D climate control malfunction

I purchased an new inventory 2018 model S , three weeks ago. Great car. Love it This morning I noticed my climate control would not blow cold air unless I lower temperature to around 61-63. Increasing the temperature blows warm air. Internal temperature quickly goes down low 60's. I believe this could be the reason. Tried to reboot with no luck. Took 12.... software upgrade few days ago. Looking for advice on resolution. I did schedule a service appointment for next week. Thanks!

While you wait for troubleshooting ideas, I recommend submitting a service ticket on your phone app so you can get an appointment asap (just in case). Sometimes it's weeks or even months before they get you in.

The good news is you can always cancel your appointment later.
