New MY - Can't connect to bluetooth or use Key Card

I recently bought a MY and when I go to connect my phone via bluetooth - the "Add New Device" button doesn't do anything (like it's disabled). There is "iPhone 3gs" listed on there -- but that's not our phone. When I search for devices, it just spins and never finds our phones.

Also, the key cards show up on the UI under keys but they aren't unlocking the car.

Any ideas what I should try?
