NJ tax exempt?

I'm on the fence on ordering a MXP. Of course, there is no fed tax credit and seems NJ state have run out of money and or the MXP won't qualify anyways.
What I want to know is if the tax exempt for an EV is for the whole price of the car and add-ons or is there a cap?

You pay tax on FSD if you buy it post purchase. Btw, In similar boat and about to pull trigger on inventory X - Pull trigger on Inventory Model X or any price drop expected?

Not many options on the ground here in Springfield location. Not sure if that is the place you're looking. I hope you're not eyeing the red one.
I'm afraid it's not looking good for this quarter. Might have to wait until the next.
