Non stop alerts when battery drops below 40%

When my 2020 Model S battery drops below 40% charge I get non stop alerts eventually leading the car to power down slowly.. any idea? Below are the alerts I get..

Air suspension adjustment unavailable
Adaptive ride control disabled
Other alerts pop on and off non stop
Eventually air conditioning turns off and Electric system shuts down

This only happens when battery hits below 40%, cars alert free when battery charge is above that level.. feel like its a battery issue but Tesla Service is saying they want to change the dcdc adapter and theres no guarantee that will work.

The people that can see the errors and run diagnostics on your car probably has a better idea of what might be wrong than some random person on the internet that has no access to your car.

This is how car repair works. You replace the most likely culprit based on the solutions and data collected and if that doesn’t work keep moving down the line.

What are you expecting them to do? Give you a new HV battery for free because you said so? The errors you’re describing are low voltage system errors, not high voltage battery errors.
