For those of you using the OBDLink MX+ to explore the data of the Model 3/Y, should I expect any problems using a short (1-4 ft) extension cable for the OBD2 port? Do any of you use one?
My issue is that sometimes, while troubleshooting a connectivity problem, I find that unplugging and re-plugging (power cycle) the MX+ sometimes helps. I would like to do that from the driver's seat.
