Got sideswiped by a guy a couple of days ago. Car is at the body shop for a few weeks. It was a zipper merge where a construction truck was blocking one lane so I and everyone else in the right lane had to merge in to the left lane. When I was merging the guy in the left lane behind me decided he didn't want me in front of him, suddenly sped forward, and clipped my front. The other driver is claiming that it is 100% my fault based on his having legal possession of the lane and denies any aggressive actions.
We (insurance co & I) are trying to get some evidence of his aggressive actions. We're getting video from traffic cams, hopefully by Tue. Has anyone obtained telemetry and video from Tesla? How do you go about getting it? Any other thoughts?
