Oregon has finally opened the "general application" for the $2500 EV rebates. If you previously submitted a Phase 1 application before 12/12/18, the Phase 2 app should be emailed to you within the next couple days. If you haven't yet submitted an application, you can do it in one step with the new general application.
Apparently they're only accepting them by mail at the moment, and the Phase 2 apps have to be returned within 14 days of receipt for "priority processing" (whatever that means), so start watching your email!
