P90 battery raplaced 2018 with CPO for sale 45k

2012 for $45,000 with 95,000 miles but less than 10,000 on a like new battery 90kwh. This battery has longer range than the 85kwh and still charges to ~282 at 100% SOC and supercharges faster than the 85kwh battery. Has rear facing seats, tech package, pano roof, rest of options shown on CPO sticker below.

Still under CPO until 2020 but has also had the drive unit replaced at about 50,000 miles (to Rev. P) so it is not like a 2012 at all.

That's still completely a 2012. All the fit, finish, and everything are completely the same. Seems very overpriced.

Yes it is still under warranty.. $43k sound better?

It has also had handles replaced.. DC DC converter replaced.. drive unit has been replaced. Passenger seat is new.. so very little of the car is actually from 2012
