Panels rubbing against each other

Anyone else have issues with their panels having zero gaps in between them? The quarter panel and bumper have no clearance between each other and actually touch. If I gently tug on one I can hear them rubbing and creaking against each other.

I'm planning to contact the service centre but just want to see if anyone has gotten this fixed on their own car.

This is as designed. It's called a zero-joint and can be found on nearly every European car, usually between the ”bumpers“ and the adjacent panels.
