Passive entry not working.. also can't see key fob update anymore on latest firmware?

Hi - Not sure if this is a easy problem to fix but I rencetly bought a used raven model X, the passive entry just isn't working, the only way to unlock the car to get the doors open is by double pressing on the remote. I thought maybe I needed to reset the car (tried that ) and then looked on the forums and it suggested a key fob update, but that button doesn't seem to exist on the latest software? Any tips for how I can get passive entry back?

Is this a new-to-you vehicle that has never worked as described in 2019 Raven doors don't unlock as I walk up to car? or a vehicle you have owned all along where the behavior has changed after a firmware update?
