PG&E energy source mix

PG&E is claiming only about 5% of their electricity is sourced from NG. How is this possible when Caliso shows about 40% from NG. I know Caliso has SDG&E and SCE, but wouldn't the mix be about the same acrosss the entire grid?

I'm guessing they're playing some accounting games with RECs or something.

here's their 10K filing. page 29 shows the mix and it does look like some kind of accounting game with the middle column "CEC reporting adjustment"
