Phone not connecting to Bluetooth

The S12225dfy4d77#32 is not the car's audio Bluetooth connection, but rather the BLE beacon for for the keyless entry system (you may see 4 of these...one for each door pillar, the trunk, and the center console). You can just ignore those. You don't actually connect to them.
You haven't given us much to go on, but I recently got a new phone so I went through the process of re-pairing my new phone (not an S21 however) with the car and I will say they really have streamlined the process. I just went into the Bluetooth app on the screen and used the Connect New Phone button and it prompted me through the rest.
If all you are doing is trying to scan for Bluetooth on the phone, you won't find it. Initiate the process from the car and it will go smoothly.
