My local service centre have been great. They gave me a free new tyre when I picked up a nail in the first 500 miles. They fixed every minor issue I raised in the first year and the annual service was painless. Always had a Tesla loaner available too. The first year has been a great ownership experience. I realise it's not the same for everyone, but it's not all doom and gloom at Tesla service.
