Every service area has their own abilities. In my case there is just one Tesla operated collision center which all SC’s use. If you want faster service they refer you to one of many certified body shops. Fun fact, when Tesla agreed to realign all my doors & trunk due to horrid gaps & parts making noise, they sent the car to a nearby certified body shop.
