Powerwall 3 has limitations around anything that needs metering if you are using the Backup Switch. If you are using the Backup Gateway, then you have limited ability to hardline 100A CT's but no ability to measure 200A or larger circuits or connect through Wifi, as neither W1 or W2 Neurios are compatible with PW3.
This limits AC coupling with 3rd party solar and some of the advanced PCS functions of the Powerwall 2. Also there is supposed to be eventual compatibility with PW2 and PW3 together. Some sites have no choice but to use wifi connection from meter to gateway, so they won't work properly either.
