I called 4 times today and kept getting transferred to emergency road side service. I finally reached some one in solar who said they were busy (how if nobody could call them) and that they would call me back. No call today. What is going on?

I don't know what time you called, but you have better luck calling them after 8:00 pm EST (7:00 pm your time)
One of the support dudes told me that phone traffic drops down dramatically after that time.
