Model 3 took a heavy flying road debris to the nose, severely denting the hood and gouging the front bumper/fascia down to the metal. My scheduled appt at San Rafael was canceled - they said that they have temporarily suspended collision repair to support vehicle deliveries.
Asking here since it's not possible to randomly contact a specific SC. Does anyone know if this applies to all Bay Area SCs and for how long this may be the case? I'd much prefer Tesla simply replacing the hood and front bumper over having a 3rd party body shop do repair and paint.
