When I picked up mine, the “delivery specialist” seemed put off by the fact that I had the audacity to spend 5 minutes looking over the car I bought sight unseen. They really need to work on customer service. The cost to customer service ratio is way out of wack.
This is their achilles heel. If they don't up their game for ~$100K cars, their lunch will be eaten by the Taycan and other entries in the market coming soon.
