Question on MVPA e-sign

Tesla just emailed me the MVPA to e-sign today, my delivery is scheduled for Friday. Should I e-sign the MVPA without seeing the car or should I sign the MVPA after I see the car on Friday? What's everyone's experience on this?

Depends on how you are paying for the car. My credit union required a signed (by me and Tesla) MVPA before cutting me a loan check. So I always had to sign early, then get Tesla to sign a few days prior to delivery (bought 3 Teslas that way).

Without that constraint, I would just sign after seeing the car.

I esigned an mvpa. You have to sign more in person so rejection is not an issue and you give up no rights.

yes. esign on the MVPA is just clarifying that you agree with the vehicle configuration and their terms. There is still an open signature line that you will sign at delivery.
