Rain water falls on seat when opening Fwd, normal?

Got Modelx X, 100D 2018 a few days ago. When opening the fwd when they are still very wet from the rain, some of it drops on the seat. Is this normal (I guess not), what is the issue? We still got warranty from Tesla…

Thanks! I sometimes forget that DuckDuckGo suck at such results when not exactly describing the issue. Looks like it’s worth a trip to Tesla. It’s just that a friend of ours doesn’t experience this at all, so I just didn’t want to trust n=1.

The problem is usually with the seating of the rubber door gasket or a crimp in it or debris. Try cleaning the crud off the channels and check for sealing and crimps.
