Rain Water in Door Well ??

2020 Model S <1000 miles. LR+

Normal for rain water to get this far into the door well while closed? Opened the rear driver side door and found lots of water there... (None of it actually made it past that second rubber seal into the physical interior of the car).

If on both sides of the car, then yes.

If not, then likely no.

Yes unfortunately that is normal, for this car anyway. At least yours are clean. In a while I’ll show you a picture of what mine look like with the beginnings of winter going on here in BC.

i have xpel ppf on the front end yes. This isn’t as bad as it might be, and oddly the camera pictures make it look “ cleaner” than it actually looks to the eye, but I assume yours will never get like this. ( and yes people, it was clean yesterday)

Strange...my car does not support a rear driver, though many passengers have tried.

Perhaps you meant the rear driver-side door?
