Rattling noise

I have a rattling noise that only happens when I drive above 100 km/h. Anything under and the sound does not appear. It sounds like 2 pieces of metal is rubbing against each other and it is coming from within the cabin. I thought it was the ventilation fan, but that wouldn't explain why the sound isn't there when I am driving under 100km/h.

Does anyone else have this issue?
 
Yes for me its in the front left side speaker area. I think I found the problem area for this video. When I compare that area to other model 3 it appears that a foam piece is missing and causing this rattle. I attached to pics showing the differences in the same model car.
