Rear passenger window not moving

One of my rear windows will not operate. Does not go up or down. It's stuck in the position it takes when you open the door.

Any ideas folks on what I could do to fix please?

Yes.. Got a mobile tech coming out.. But was hoping somebody might have seen this before and had an idea.

Is the puddle light working? A common window failure on rear windows can be attributed to a bad puddle light. Oddly, the window and puddle light share the same circuit.
