Rear tailgate handle OEM UK spare parts

I recently purchased a 2017 Models S 75D which unfortunately does not have a powerlift tailgate. I was going to order the cozero powerlift tailgate aftermarket kit to fit to the vehicle but didn't really want to drill any of the existing hand grab handles.

Does anyone know where I can buy an OEM grab handle (interior) with the powerlift button in the UK?
