Does anyone have experience with companies that install receiver hitches on the Model 3 in the Mt Holly NJ area? Need to install a 2” hitch for my Kuat bike rack.

Any auto mechanic should be able to install the hitch for a bike rack. There's nothing EV specific since there's no wiring involved. Just remove the rear bumper cover, and bolt it in place. Nothing different from a gasoline car.
If you want to tow, that's a different story due to the wiring.
