We are Premier Auto Tint, located in El Dorado Hills, CA, on the eastern edge of the Sacramento area. We are located about 1 mile off the Latrobe exit of Hwy 50. Nick and Jennifer are the owners of the business AND the installers of all your window tint, clear bra, and vehicle wrap needs.
We just got approved as Vendor here on TMC, so please forgive the rough bio page and info. We are still learning all the rules and regulations of the site and don't want to step on toes.
We don’t have a huge staff, so we are able to take our time and give each vehicle our total attention. We have been at this location since June of 2016. Upon opening this location, we immediately began earning great reviews, ratings, and awards. We are proud members of the Better Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to Teslas, we also specialize in all luxury vehicles, sports cars, and even boats. So far, we have worked on nearly 100 Teslas! Of those, we have done the window tinting for over 80 Model 3s. Each type of Tesla has it’s own challenges that most other shops just avoid entirely. Due to the very large back window of the Model 3, huge sunroof of the Model S and the massive windshield of the Model X, we must keep several shades of extra wide rolls of film in stock in order to do all these windows in 1 piece. Other shops may carry 1 or 2 options or still try to splice 2 or more pieces of film to cover those windows. When an installer tries to cover the window in 2 or more pieces, you WILL see the line where to pieces meet. Our methods of shaping the film before installation insures the best installation possible.
Keep in mind when selecting a shop for window tint, clear bra, or vehicle wrap installation, you are selecting/purchasing the product as well as the installation. Our quality is proven in our online customer reviews, repeat clients, referrals, photos on our social media outlets, and all our awards that we continue to earn. Our primarily focus is on quality. From the types of films we use, installation techniques, and even our clean and relaxing lobby. We don’t sell an “entry/low” level film. If you are looking for fast and/or cheap, that is not us.
With technology always evolving in vehicles, we are constantly updating and improving our methods of preparation and installation of the films to prevent electrical issues with the vehicles. Without taking extra steps, it is all too common for shops to damage sensors, wiring, and/or computers hidden inside the various panels of the cars. Shortcuts can easily lead to problems. We are constantly talking to the dealerships and manufacturers to stay updated on changes made to each new vehicle. We take our time with everything we do. We don’t overbook ourselves and genuinely take pride in our work.
The X-Pel Ceramic films, that we use, are designed for optimal Infrared heat blocking as well as the UV block, glare reduction and privacy. We have a demonstration setup in our lobby that you can literally FEEL the difference between the 3 film types. All options have full transferable warranties against all the typical film failures.
Vehicles with “frameless” doors, we will be shaving/filing the film to the edge of the glass on the doors. This gives the look of “factory” shaded glass for a clean look without a visible line where the tint ends.
