Referral Program Response Time

I've been amazed by the recent response times by the referral team. It seems that they've definitely allocated more resources to handle our issues as they have been responding in less than 30 minutes! I've had other issues I've contacted Tesla's department about (phone, and Tesla Store) and they've also significantly reduced the wait time for a response.

Quite happy about this.

Totally agree. 3 months ago took them a week or two and the past month I had to email them twice and they responded within a day.
