referral reward loot box gone in app? How to redeem

I still have some referral rewards I need to select for delivery but it seems the loot box you used to do it from in the Tesla app is now gone?? Anyone have success or know how to accomplish this now?

After restarting the app didn't work I signed out and signed back in and it showed back up....very strange

Is this gone for everyone now? I was supposed to be able to upload an image and that never happened. I also scheduled a HPWC to be delivered as our second reward but there's no way to track this now that all the options are removed.

I just went to check for my product statuses and my Loot Box also has disappeared. The last time I looked at it was about 3 days ago - perhaps March 3.

This thread does NOT belong in the Model 3 subforum. I am going to create one in "General" and with any luck the Model 3 Moderator will port all this over....and can delete this post of mine at that time.
