I recently redeemed rewards points for a roof rack for my MYLR. I received a Model 3 roof rack instead. Hoping to answer a few questions:

- Are the MY and M3 racks interchangeable? I thought this was previously the case, but have heard that they no longer are interchangeable.
- Does anyone have experience with correcting mistakes in rewards redemption orders? I've run into a few issues here:
1. I have attempted to submit a help request through the Tesla app, but the requests function has been giving me errors for the last week, and the messages will not submit.
2. Because it was a rewards redemption, my order doesn't appear in my order history. I do have an email confirmation of the order, however.
- Of course, it doesn't seem to be possible to contact anyone directly about this, but I'm wondering if anyone has found a workaround for getting someone on the phone/email/chat for this kind of issue?
