Hi, did you have any luck with this? I’ve lost one too, but would happily buy a full set together and have one spare each if that works?
I had a flat tyre and took it to my local fitters and I think they were a bit aggressive with the cap and broke one of the catches, so it fell off on the motorway one evening.
Actually, I just bought a spare from the Tesla store, it was only $35! And my service rep just gave me one at no cost to replace the one I "lost" (rough encounter with a curb while making a U-turn back when I didn't yet have a good sense of the clearance).
