Refreshed Model X exterior question

Hi, I own a 2021 MYP and there is an area in the front of the rear wheel well that requires PPF to avoid rock/debris damage due to the design of the car. Tesla even sells PPF on their website for this issue.

I have an order in for a MXP and was just wondering if any owner of the refreshed X has noticed an issue like this on their X or is it just specific to the Model Y?

It seems to be mostly Y and 3, given how Tesla sells the film for that area officially.

It’s a problem with the MXP as well. I just took delivery of mine and asked the same question.

Thank you. I will definitely be looking into mud flaps and ppf for the affected areas.

I had a Y previously so I came in with the same mentality with my X. I had the full front section PPFd and also had them do the rear doors in this section as well just to be safe.
