Refreshing Model 3 Suspension that has alignment issues

I have a 2019 Tesla Model 3 Performance (Fremont manufacture) with 101000 km on it. For at least the last 50000km I have noticed that the alignment tends to slip quicker and quicker, to the point where as an experiment I had an alignment just before Christmas and then another one today, less than 4000km later and my toe had shifted at both front and rear. On a recent trip, this cost me two rear tyres that other wise would have been only about halfway through their lives.

So, what experience do people have of refreshing their suspension bushes? I am tossing up whether to go wild and put a full set of Mountain Pass Performance stuff under the car, or to just replace the stock bushings (assuming it is just bushings or similar wear).

Anyone had similar problems?
