It’s fine to reboot whenever needed, but since you charged to 90%, if it was below or even near 60 degrees where you are at, and the car was cold-soaked to that temperature, you would expect to see this message, along with a lot of dots on the left hand side of the regen/power bar. It’s totally normal.

Park your car in an attached garage if you want to reduce the occurrence rate. Summer is coming though so should be fine until fall.

If you're getting reduced regen from a cold pack in the morning, one thing you can do to reduce it is to schedule your charging so it ends shortly before you leave. The pack will be heated passively by the charging process, and the car may choose to heat it actively as well if it it's cold enough.

Nothing described to this point suggests it is broken - it seems to be working as designed, if not quite as the operator would prefer.

thx All! seems no issue at all as designed.
i’m still curious the up/down sides of regular reboots on console(?). my T3 is behaving great at 1,500 miles in. honeymoon ain’t over yet.

Reboot while driving did not solve this issue for me this morning. Will see how it is after work today.

The "computer" you reboot is just a tablet set up to query the actual computer. It does handle stuff, like climate control, maps, showing speed etc.. but actual car computer is separate. It should be as safe as rebooting your phone however much you want.
