Remote unlock / truck / frunk not working

Have a bizarre issue. All functions from the app including, horn, flashing lights, remote driving, turning on and off valet, sentry mode, etc. all work.

I can even lock the car from the app if it’s unlocked.

But unlock, trunk and front truck do nothing. The car is unresponsive. App does nothing. I’ve rebooted the MCU, logged out and logged back into my app, deleted and re-installed the app. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Did you ever solve this? My Model X no longer unlocks from the app.

I had a similar issue; lock and unlocking and trunk and frunk not responding through the app. I called Tesla and they did some researching and emailed me back a few weeks later saying they fixed the issue.
I asked what the problem was but they wouldn’t tell me. It worked and I was happy.
