I've just purchased my first Tesla, a 2020 M3P. The previous owner had the OEM mudflaps fitted on the front. I'm not keen on them so want to remove them as they seem to collect dirt and don't fit perfectly snug over the sill plastic. They seem to rub the paint too.
If I remove them, this leaves the small open panel (this is cut off during install) where the 10mm bolt goes into the sill. Should I just screw the bolt back in, should I cover it with anything to prevent corrosion?
Thanks all
