Retrofitting 2020 seats into 2017 Model S

I have a 2017 Model S 75. It has the fabric seats, fronts are heated (not ventilated), no heating on the rear seats.

I’ve located a white/black 2020 interior, and wondered whether this is a fairly straightforward swap. There’s obviously more involved in fitting next gen seats into a pre-2016 car as other threads have described. But 2020 seats into a 2017 car ? Should the plugs be the same ? What about heating, electric headrest and the airbags ?

Any help gratefully received before I proceed.

Oh, and my old seats don't have electric headrest. The new ones do. Any idea what the impact will be in terms of converting things over ?

Yes - thanks I read it before posting. But I want to swap what I think are Gen2 seats into a Gen2 car. Bit different but with some potential issues that I want to understand before getting in too deep.
