Hello,

I will be receiving the car model M3 soon and I wanted to know how easy it is to return, exchange or refuse and ask for another car. And what is the limit of number of cars changed. In case I am not satisfied with build quality or if it has issues. Paint, alignment, etc

Also interested to know recent experiences with quality.

My understanding is the you can return it within 7 days, but you can't buy the same trim level for 12 months afterwards. So if you buy a SR+ and return it, you can then order a LR AWD or a P3D but not another SR+.

I don't know how it is for other countries, but in the US we have to pay $1200 for a "delivery fee". It's my understanding that if you return a car, you don't get the $1200 back.
I test drove a model 3 and didn't notice the road noise.

I am living in Florida now. So then does it make a difference if i want to exchange due to the quality issue or I still have all these issues.

Don't accept delivery if the quality isn't right.

There are no exchanges, just returns. (Or refusing to accept delivery.)

I saw once person was told that after refusing three cars that if he didn't accept the fourth that they would cancel his order. (I don't know if that is a hard rule or not.)

Then you should double check about the $1200 fee being charged or not.
