Good Morning, new member just joined.

I am going on the longest trip to date in my MYP, and the wife is panicking about range anxiety.

I have tried the official Tesla trip planner but it lets me add the starting point and end point but will not let me click plan route.

I am leaving from Leeds and want to get to Bexhill in East Sussex.

I will leave Leeds on 100% at 5pm this Thursday (hoping driving at night will be quieter).

Where is the beat place to charge on the M25 clockwise?, South Mimms?.

The tesla trip planner on the internet is more of a marketing tool. The car's trip computer does a better job. If you want to see in advance how a trip will go, use ABetterRoutePlanner. You can play with its advanced settings too.

Thank for this, is this accessed via the cars tablet, or is it a independent Web site?

ABRP has a web site (so you could access from the car if you wished) and a mobile app.

I suggest using ABRP to reduce range anxiety. Play with advanced parameters, see how weight, weather, speed can affect your trip. When you're actually doing your trip you use the car's navigation.

There is a setting in the Navigation section of the controls that causes it to display SC stops along the way. I'll go look and find it exactly. Navigation - Trip Planner (on). (Adds SC stops if required.)

BTW the navigation (on mine), is wrong about 80% of the time on which side of the road the SC is on, not reliably wrong, just wrong 80% of the time, so you will have to keep a sharp eye out when you get close to one.

I feel that you have many options.

I think you may want to stop or plan your stops that have late night accommodations to include open bathrooms.
