Roadside assistance closing tickets?

Every time I've opened a ticket with roadside assistance they've been really anxious to close the ticket as soon as possible. If they ask a question via text, and I don't answer within 2 minutes, they close the request. Sometimes the text doesn't even get to me until after the 2 minutes, and i get the quesiton and the close at the same time.

Most recently, I'm stuck in Lafayette, LA looking for a tire, and they say they are going to arrange a tow to the place *I* found with a tire (they didn't help), and then suddenly say "sorry -- I'm not finding a truck. I'm closing your incident."... like that helps me get off the side of the road.

Is Tesla roadside really that useless? Should I be going back to AAA?

Agreed, I too had a frustrating experience with them just day before yesterday. I almost cried because I felt so frustrated and this is the first time in my 20+ years driving experience felt that way.

They are totally useless and thank God I have AAA and they have never failed me.
